New Drapes

We had worked last spring with another couple in Kerrville. They were staying at a local RV camp ground about 15 miles from Wills Point and happen to drive into town to get a few things and saw our truck at the church. They stopped by and decided to come here and help when they were finished camping with their grand children. Al and Harold work well together. It is so much fun to be able to once again renew friendships and get to know each other better.
Pat and I both scrapbook and we caught up on each others work. They spent the summer at Glacier National Park working for a AG camp ground and she got some beautiful pictures.
Among other things, we have had fun this week sewing drapes for their RV. The blinds are not darkening blinds and the Texas sun can be brutally hot at times. It has been in the mid 80's all week. We went to Wal Mart, found some reasonable material and just finished them up in time to go shopping last Friday!
